A stagnant housing market calls for people to sell houses for cash through UK property buyers

According to the latest data published by Rightmove, the United Kingdom’s residential property market has become stagnant, with average asking prices remaining completely unchanged in April of this year.

For the first time since Rightmove began measuring housing market statistics 11 years ago, new sellers have failed to raise their asking prices. The average asking price of property coming to the market was virtually unchanged at £243,759. The option to use UK property buyers in favour of fast property exchanges through cash for houses schemes has become a preferred option for many in the UK.
