Property asking prices rising – should I sell my house quick?
With average housing asking prices climbing 1.6% in March, the property market has experienced its strongest start to the year since 2004, according to the latest Rightmove House Price Index.
This positive beginning to the year could come to an abrupt end as the surge from first-time buyers disappears following the end 1% stamp duty holiday.
However, in the Ability to Buy Index, published for the first time by Royal Bank of Scotland, the positives were highlighted further. It revealed that, in 2011, first-time buyers’ ability to buy had improved by 1%.
This is positive news for those who want to sell my house quick, with more people now having the ability to buy property, there is – obviously – a far better chance of being able to sell quickly.

As family debt rises homeowners in the UK turn to the ‘sell my house quickly’ route
As the amount of people in the UK who fall into the category of ‘being in debt’ increases so does the average amount of debt owed per household and today’s figures show an alarming degree of high, unmanageable debt which sees many in the UK struggling.
In a recent report issued by Aviva entitled; ‘Family Finances Report’ the figure revealed for the number of families in the UK who are now struggling with debt has risen 50% in 12 months.
When debt becomes unmanageable there are a number of options open to homeowners (but releasing equity is not always the best idea or in fact an option open to all). However, with the housing market slowing down again at the start of 2012 it has become far more difficult to sell my house quickly through the traditional method of using an estate agent which is making things even more difficult for struggling homeowners.
Many people with families have found that to ‘sell my house quick’ is a great way to free up cash to pay off crippling debts and provide them the flexibility to perhaps move closer to areas with better schools in a rental property.

Falling house prices this year are making homeowners desperate to ‘sell house quickly’
House prices across the UK are expected to fall by 5% in 2012, according to Howard Archer, chief UK and European economist at IHS Global Insight.
Although there have been slight rises in price at the beginning of the year, Mr Archer fully expects the market to remain depressed.
“We suspect that low wage growth, rising unemployment and persistent concerns over the economic situation and outlook will limit potential buyers and weigh down on house prices,” said Mr Archer.
According to figures released by Halifax, house prices fell by 0.9 per cent over the three months prior to January compared to the previous three months before.
This will hopefully encourage those in the market for homes to buy, which will suit those who want to sell house quickly.

Is it still possible to sell my house quickly?
When people ask ‘is it still possible for me to sell my house quickly?’ some would say a fast property exchange is firmly a thing of the past certainly at least when it comes to property owners who urgently need to sell a home fast through an estate agent.
Indeed, the UK economy has for some time been in a dismal state of affairs, financially a large proportion of the UK population has been directly effected and money has never been so tight for most. Coupling these financial issues with the other problem that homeowner’s now face (the inability to sell house quickly via traditional processes) all equate to a depressing UK picture of the number of homes facing repossession.
In fact government figures based upon the number of homes repossessed within the past 18 months are at an all-time high.
More people are facing bankruptcy, redundancy and cash flow issues and most homeowners do not know that there are still options available to them to ensure they’re able to quickly turn their homes into cash by selling to a cash property buyer such as us at Quick Buyers.
With a great reputation and a long trading history, we are quickly becoming the number one cash property buyers in the UK achieving a high number of quick house sales thus turning homes into cash in weeks rather than months.
With us you are in safe, expert hands plus we can give you an offer price on your property within 24 hours of inspection.
We will buy any house, bungalow, apartment or flat in the UK regardless of whether it is a privately or commercially owned and regardless of the state the property is in.

Need equity fast? We can help you sell house quickly!
In the current financial and property climate we are seeing these industry sectors reacting in rather unusual ways especially within the past 3 years. Knock on effects to other businesses, industries, individuals have been substantial and include property developers who have been forced to cease trading, high street estate agents changing their core businesses from buying and selling property to the rental market.
Those who have been trying to sell their properties and homes have witnessed the property market slow right down and their original property value drop significantly (in some cases by tens of thousands).
Employment figures have risen and there are more people in the UK who are feeling the financial squeeze; in some cases this is due to property owners being unable to sell their properties or homes for months (even years).
There is nothing worse than being unable to cope financially but having equity tied up in your house or property which you cannot release.
As one of the UK’s fastest property buying service we have the ability to release your property’s equity quickly and efficiently.
Thousands of our previous customers have been in exactly the same situation with their properties but here at Quick House Sales UK we have solved their financial nightmares (and in some cases within only weeks of contacting us for help!)
If you have been asking yourself ‘how can I sell my house quickly and for cash” then give us a call and you could find that we release your property’s equity quickly in return for cash taking away the nightmare of organising and paying estate agents, solicitors and normal fees associated with selling your property through traditional routes.

UK house prices slide slowing down homeowner’s plans to sell house quickly
Britain’s average house price fell to £162,228 last month from £163,822 in December, when prices also fell 0.2%. The annual rate of house price inflation was dragged down to 0.6% from 1% because of this.
Nationwide’s chief economist, Robert Gardner, has said that he is unsurprised that house price growth has slowed down.
“Given the challenging conditions prevailing in late 2011, with the UK economy contracting in the final three months of the year, it’s not surprising that house price growth softened at the start of 2012,” said Mr Gardner.
Despite the falling house prices, there has still been a low buyer-demand with first-time buyers, in particular, struggling to find the deposits asked for. Those buying houses are often required to provide a 20% deposit, a 50% rise on the 10% that was needed in 2008.
Nevertheless, affordability has improved on some measures thanks to low interest rates, according to Nationwide – good news for those looking to sell house quickly.
